Mark Considine

Senior Instructor Coordinator

Mark has been working in EMS since 1980. Currently he is a full-time critical care paramedic at Rescue Inc and he is the agency's Director of Quality Assurance. His experience comes from work as a senior command staff member, field provider, and educator. Mark is a licensed Instructor/Coordinator in Vermont for a variety of EMS programs. As a participant in the agency's PoCUS research project, he is trained in prehospital ultrasound.

Lisa Barry
NRAEMT
AHA Coordinator

Lisa grew up around EMS, with her mother working on the local rescue squad, and she became a CPR instructor at the age of 16, She worked with Londonderry Volunteer Rescue for several years and then, in 1999, she joined Rescue Inc. In 2020, she became Rescue’s AHA coordinator and recently completed Vermont’s EMS Practical Skills Instructor course. She is now working on finishing hours for her Instructor Coordinator licensure.

Stephen Bryant

Instructor

Stephen has been working in EMS for 17 years and is currently a full-time paramedic at Rescue Inc and is a certified Vermont Instructor / Coordinator.  His early career was as a systems engineer and IT consultant for 20+ years.  He holds a degree in Health Sciences and proudly served for 2 years as a volunteer for AmeriCorps. 
 

Mike Mather
Instructor

After 20 years on the water, Mike Mather is one of the more experienced and entertaining rescue professionals in the industry. Having taught technical rescue courses all over the U.S. and in Europe, Mike has an unconventional approach to this topic. Mike excels at keeping topics clear, accessible and applicable for military, rescue professionals, and boaters. Mike is a trainer for Rescue 3 International, one of the largest accrediting bodies for Technical Rescue programs in the world.

Emily Wilson

Human Resources

Emily started her EMS career working at Rescue Inc as a volunteer EMT in 2013. Since then, she became an Advanced EMT, and then a paramedic—working as a paramedic for the past 3 years. She spends most of her time in the office doing scheduling, new member onboarding, and human resources, but still jumps on a truck when needed. When she’s not at Rescue, she’s spending time with her husband, who is the Assistant Chief at Rescue Inc, and with their 2 year old son.

Dani West
Administrator

Dani started her EMS career in 1994 as a volunteer first responder. She obtained her EMT-B and worked both on the ambulance and as a dispatcher in Massachusetts. She continued her career becoming the Communications and Operations Manager until 2019. For the past 3 years she has owned a local consignment shop but has really missed working in EMS. In November 2021 she started working at Rescue Inc as an admin for the Covid Vaccine Team.
